As you probably already know, traditional advertising is usually measured by what it costs to get your commercial seen/heard one thousand times – Cost Per Thousand Impressions (CPM), also known as a Gross Rating Point. So, theoretically, if you buy 10 TV commercials for $100 each that collectively reach 10,000 people with your brand message, your CPM is a flat $100.
